Great staff, nice and clean, comfortable and relaxing ambiance with easy access to the tram system. Minor draw back was mattress topper kepts sliding off and bed kept sliding around everytime i went to sit on it. Started infront of the TV ended up in the bathroom ( yes thats an exageration ). Id definately stay here again.

Hotel Artemis Amsterdam – A Disappointing Stay I stayed in a Superior Double Queen Size Room at Hotel Artemis Amsterdam, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. From the start, the issues piled up: the room key cards didn’t work properly, and I had to go back to the front desk multiple times just to gain access to my room. Once inside, things didn’t improve. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Even more concerning, I encountered bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable at any level of accommodation. Additionally, the room had no utensils, which made even simple tasks inconvenient, and none of my requests were brought up despite calling the front desk several times. The shower had almost no water pressure, making it difficult to wash properly, and the internet connection to the in-room media channels didn’t work at all. To top it off, there was no room service available during my stay, which was never made clear at the time of booking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The basics of comfort, cleanliness, and service were simply not met. Rating: 1/5
