The hotel is in an excellent position, next to Dam Square and is central to all the major attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the a-la-carte breakfast (as we did not wish to pay for the breakfast buffet on booking) in their lovely restaurant downstairs. The only thing that was disappointing is that we were not told of the renovation works that were ongoing. However we would stay here again (but would just check no works were scheduled before booking!)

Great stay. Room was beautiful ( i booked city view, recommend. ) Will be returning again, reception staff was amazing, friendly, informative. (Woman with glasses superb service & knowledgeable) / cons construction (not terrible, informed upon arrival) / area. Metro/ Palace/ Museums / shopping is very close, if you are seeking quiet maybe reconsider, if you come from a busy city it is familiar.

The hotel was very clean but surrounding area outside seemed quite dirty. There was construction I am not sure if that was the reason for poor cleanliness outside. Couldn’t figure out the heat so in February it was quite cold!

This was my third stay here and it is perfectly situated. Excellent restaurant, only problem is it closes at 10:30. Excellent staff!

Good central-located hotel

The hotel room is quite good. Very high ceilings, modern-decorated room, really comfy bed. The location is very central. However, the internet is outstandingly poor! When you lie down on the bed, there is just no WiFi signal! Overall, it is barely usable with speeds around 5-7 Mbit. Also, there is no kettle and tea. Just a coffee machine and a few coffee capsules. I had to ask reception to bring it in. Should I also mention there is a lift, however, I waited for 2 minutes and it did not come to my floor. That happened twice and I never used it afterwards (gave up on it). Overall, I am not sure it was worth such a high price tag.

Property had renovations which started at 7am, banning, drilling and loud voices. Heat in the room did not work, was offered portable heater. I wouldn’t recommend this property for the money I paid for this crappy room
