Our room had very poor AC system. It wasn’t working properly and had uncomfortable night sleep. Told in the the morning and was still not fixed. We were told they don’t have ac system rather have air cooler system in the hotel

The room was clean and had a great view of the water. The bad is that it was too far from restaurants and from the city center. Overall, nice hotel if you are taking a cruise out of Amsterdam.

Great place to view Sail Amsterdam

We had an amazing view from our room for Sail Amsterdam 2025. However, the problem was with the food service and the lack of restaurants close by, After about 8:00pm nothing around the hotel is open and the hotel restaurant closes. The next food is in the RLD. During Sail, the streets in front of the hotel close, which means it is a hike just to get an Uber. TLDR; amazing views, but the food choices were woefully lacking nearby.
