The hotel smelled amazing, very clean, amazing staff. Only thing missing was more variety of food for guests for dinner, but everything else was just amazing. Great hotel, good location.

Great modern hotel. Lovely spacious rooms with all facilities you would want including a fridge, kettle,coffee maker. Heated bathroom floor! Fantastic comfy bed! Not too far from Central station and great views over the water.

Lovely short stay at the Mövenpick. Staff at check in were great and I got a free upgrade. Room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the water and into Amsterdam centre. Generous selection of nespresso pods in the room was also a nice touch. The bar was also pleasant and the barman made the best caipirinha!

Great stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. It was close enough to Centraal station so that we could commute onwards from there. The room itself was a little dated and basic but still comfortable and clean.

Room wasn’t cleaned during the whole stay only new towels replaced. Asked a hotel worker at the door to arrange a taxi to central station - he was talking to a man and said “this is a driver” when I asked how much he said 25 euros. Central station is up the road. Uber was half the price. Also the hotel wanted to charge 25 euros per hour for every hour we stayed last check out. Given flights were cancelled and I was a single mum with 2 kids by myself there was no offer of help. Also one night I went to the restaurant and
