Wonderful weekend trip

We had a wonderful stay, perfect location. Tram from central station no more than 10 mins. Far enough away from the "busy" area but within easy reach. The reception staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Bars restaurants, cafe, shops, museums and boat trips all within short walking distance. I would defiantly stay again.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely, friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Room was basic but perfectly adequate. The only "issue" was that the bed was hard! I liked the idea of free drinks at the bar if we didnt have the room cleaned! I just forgot to put the card out one night!

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic stay. Have stayed at this hotel before and had an enjoyable stay. Received a free upgrade to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a lovely surprise Room was clean and modern. Staff were very helpful and polite Would recommend this hotel.

A very disappointing stay

Massively disappointing, cleaners didn’t clean the room, only the bed was made. The reception service was poor and very rude at times. We didn’t feel welcome at all.

This place is too expensive for me! But you won my business for four nights because Gaia agreed that the hotel would store my large bicycle case while I was cycling in the country for two weeks. All staff were very helpful in meeting my needs with the bike and case, and with other requests.
