I couldn't get up the stairs to even check in. I glanced in and it looked old and run down as well, and I headed back to my car, then a female in the parking lot told me not to stay there without being armed. I drove literally 45 minutes to Anchorage to find somewhere I felt safe to stay.

Under the heater was food that was not picked up. There was long dark black hair in the shower that i used a tissue to get out of the shower so i could use it. Checkin and check out was fast and easy. I did both of those online.

Sink Faucet sprayed water. LOUD crashing neighbors who wouldn’t answer their door when staff knocked. Room mostly clean and nice void of a small coffee pot or fridge!

Staff was rude and condescending. I do not recommend this property. When you're a guest you should be treated like a guest if there is issues then they should be resolved by management and fixed in order to make the guest happy.

Definitely an older hotel but staff was responsive, professional, and welcoming. Rooms were clean, Radiator was a little dirty and impossible to adjust so the room was a bit warm. Great choice for the location and price.
