Stay away

This place was completely unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition, worse than what would be suitable even for animals. It looked like it had been neglected and misused for years, and I would never allow my dogs, let alone people, to stay there. Highly disappointing and not at all what was advertised.

Our room smelled terrible- a mixture of smoke and old mildew. The carpet was dirty and stained in areas. The one positive was the bed appeared clean and comfortable. Overall this place was old and run down- in need of an up date.

The property was dirty and old. When I checked in there was a group of junkies loitering. The room was dirty, the closet door had a giant hole in it and the towel hooks were half hanging off the wall.

Beware

Not a place you’d want to have your family. The rooms were in serious need of repair. Door locks busted, smoke detector broken, bathroom door was barely hanging on. The place smelled of cigarette smoke. A shopping cart was parked in front of one room.

The room smelled like urine. The bed looked like it had been made with the same sheets the last guest slept on. Saw several tweakers walking around the parking lot late at night and again early in the morning. I was by myself so it was ok but I would not have stayed here with the wife and kids.

Front desk staff very nice and pleasant. But room and surrounding areas didn't seem very clean. Ice machine didn't work, tv remote didn't work. But was convenient for us and what we came into town to do.

In what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, there were cigarette ashes on the TV console. The smell was terrible. It probably hadn't been vacuumed in months. The carpet was excessively stained with what looked like blood. There were similar stains stains covering the botrom of the bathtub. When I picked my bag up (on my way out to ask for a refund), I discovered the floor was soaked and it soaked through my bag into my clothes. Disgusting. After being awake for 24 hours, we chose to drive home rather than stay there. If I was in a less busy season in life, I'd contact the health department. The ONLY good at the hotel was the woman at the front desk who was kind and professional at check-in and in informing Expedia of the need for a refund.

The room was not ready at check I time -had to wait until 6:30 because housekeeping did not attend the room yet. When I checked in, the double room had one towel, smelled of smoke, the phone did not work I also asked for housekeeping service the next day but they did not service to room and we had no towels The from desk only had small towels that are used for the floor after I told them what occurred Terrible experience

The room was very rundown. Wall a ceiling chipping. Room also very musty and smelled moldy. Carpet and bathroom floor damp from all the condensation which is probably why walls and ceiling are chipping.
