There was no hot water so we couldn’t take a shower. Parking was $30 extra and you had to pay for the internet. The view outside the window was of trashy dumpsters. I will not be going back to this hotel.
We like the location since it is close to restaurants and interesting shops. The heating unit was very noisy. We set the temperature so it would not run. We did not like the changes to their parking fees being processed by a third party instead of added to the hotel bill.
The fitted sheet was too small to cover the mattress and kept popping off the corners.
The rest of the hotel was super basic, dull and pretty cheap looking
While the hotel was comfortable, the rooms and beds were large, and the hotel was clean, the breakfast was painfully slow, taking 90 minutes one day. The service was distant throughout.
The hotel allowed workers to start noisy repairs at 7:30 am. I reached out to management about this disturbance but have yet to hear from them. Unacceptable. 9 am would have been fine.
I was not given the room I reserved. The first room we received was dirty. Construction was being done and the tools were in the hallway. The floors were dirty and room dusty smelled stale. Second room very dusty and floor dirty. The GM the next day told me to let Expedia know and I should be able to get a refund!
