Hilton can do better

Was on a single day trip with family, was able to checkin fine however upon stepping into room, there was noticeable foul smell indicating poor cleanliness. Additionally found Air conditioning unit power button was broken! (Note, was still able to operate unit with remote control) and Bathroom sink to not drain well. For Hilton brand and amount of money paid per night, my expectations were higher than what I received. Aside from this, bed was comfortable and shower was good temp (although slightly low on the water pressure). Overall, was expecting better quality from Hilton.

The 3rd party did not send over my information prior to my visit, so check-in was delayed. We stayed on the 4th floor and one of the hallways was blocked with conference room style chairs leading me to fear for fire safety. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear every time our neighbors flushed the toilet. Overnight parking was VERY expensive and could have been less expensive. We were provided with an iron but no ironing board, and when I asked the front desk for one, we never received. I simply used the bed for a make-shift ironing board. A discount would be nice as we did stay overnight, but I won't be holding my breath.
