The room looks out onto a conference room. It is very dark. The hotel was cold. Limited food choices. And no streaming tv. Awful TV. The Hilton must start to step up. The hotel is decorated nicely. That’s it. It’s in a great location. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room had no window and smelled terrible. The bathrooms are old and the hotel itself just seems so WORN. The staff was nice but it was not a 4 star experience.

Walls were paper thin as you could hear the adjoining room cough and blow their nose. Bed was rock hard. When AC was on it made a loud noise. Cold nob in sink was broken. Shower controls were difficult to read and didn’t work properly. Room was dated… We don’t understand how it received a 9.6 rating. Front desk was extremely polite at check in. We’ve stayed in better hotels for 1/3 the price.

The room was very nice and spacious, but I was disappointed in the following compared to other Graduates I’ve stayed at: 1. Lobby/lounge area not as nice and comfortable as others 2. Front desk staff not as professional 3. No robes in rooms. 4. Weak water pressure in shower. 5. No free coffee in lobby. 6. Maid walked into our room an hour before checkout to try to clean the room.
