First the good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with the parking which needs to be set up with a credit card and scanning a barcode. The parking in not included or owned by the hotel. Over $30 for the day. The room is on the small side and has only 2 chairs for sitting. We ended up with a handicap room and the shower is open so water goes all over the place. For some reason we didn't get any bath towels. We had to ask the housekeeper for them. The restaurant had tasty food and our waiter was nice but the service was on the slow side.

One Night in Town

Came to Annapolis for a concert at Rams Head on Stage, which was an easy 5-minute walk through a beautiful arts district. The Westin was one of the nicest places I've stayed, with an exceptionally helpful staff.

My stay at the Westin in Annapolis was amazing. The staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. I will definitely visit them again in the future.

Pros :Large room with amenities such as makeup mirror Very fast service for room issues ( ex: getting locked out and luggage not being in room upon check in ) Cons : housekeeping was not done daily and when they showed up after being called in the late afternoon there was no vacuuming or mopping. For price more customer amenities could be included ( ex complementary valet parking or welcome cocktail)
