Had a great stay here. The staff was great. The only issue I had was trying to reach someone via the phone for room service. They were a bit busy so I had to go downstairs to give them my food order. Other than that, there were no issues and the stay was amazing. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not living up to it's wonderful past!

We first stayed at the Westin many years ago, when it first opened. Then, probably a half dozen times we returned. So, March, 2025 we went back because we love Annapolis. We no longer love the Westin. I acknowledge that they are renovating the lobby. Thus, no place to sit when you come down for morning coffee. The room we had was even more "tired" than we were. The hotel is only mediocre now. That's too bad.

Upscale downtown Annapolis business hotel. Sleek, modern, clean and comfortable. Will be 5 star, but dining and bar are under renovation right now. (Didn’t see that posted anywhere in the listing). Maybe I missed it.

It’s fine. The rooms are hot with no REAL control over the thermostat. It was almost enough to leave a one star. It’s certainly not worth the extra cost over other hotels in the area. Everything is basic and what you’d expect from an average hotel.

Comfortable room and friendly staff

We enjoyed our 2 nights at the Weston. They were undergoing renovations but it well away from our room. I didn’t like that we were expected to pay $10/a night for WiFi and $8 for a bottle of Fiji water!

There was construction going on at the hotel and we were not informed of that before arriving. Upon arrival the key system was “down” so a staff member had to let us in our room. We were told we’d receive a room key and we never did. Also, internet was down as well until after 11pm, which made work impossible.
