We were lucky to find this gem for our last-minute holiday. Booking was easy and check-in took less than five minutes. Our room was ready early, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was heavenly, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. Every space was clean and inviting.

We had such a memorable stay at this hotel during our road trip. We were only supposed to stay one night, but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The hotel has a very calming atmosphere. Very dingy upon arrival. Never received my code prior to arrival. Once I arrived and got my code to get into any door the key pads were faded and didn’t light up and property wasn’t very lit. I think there were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. Hallways were empty and very dark. A/C didn’t work in the 2 rooms I had. Bathrooms needed more care and scrubbing to them. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place is out of business by next week. Oh and on top of the bathroom issue it was a tub/shower no railing or grab bar, this is an accident waiting to happen!

Good and not so good

The hotel was in a good location, close to a grocery store and trampoline park. The room was huge and had a nice fireplace. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Neither of the televisions worked, no hand soap in the room, and my daughter stepped in dog poop in their courtyard. Also heard a dog barking at 2am and (assuming) drunk people coming from the hotel bar at that time. The pool area was way too warm. Also, you can't see the pool from the hot tub, which was unfortunate because I like to sit in the tub while keeping an eye on my children in the pool. Probably would not stay again for these reasons.

Great! Just don’t get the whirlpool suite.

Overall, the day was really nice. The only part that bothered us was the in room whirlpool tub. A brown sediment was coming out of the jets. I mentioned it at the front desk and the teenage girl was kind of rude and told me it was their water and people complain about it a lot. I know very well. It’s just a buildup inside the tub from people’s soaps and oils so we were unable to use the tub.

Went to check in, nobody up front. Finally found someone and he said they were short staffed so he was bartending and doing everything himself. Found out the pool area was closed for remodel, didn’t say anything about that when I booked it. Our bathroom tub had black mold and the sink faucet had white buildup on it so it clearly was not being cleaned. We travel a lot and this was my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in.
