We had a very pleasant and easy check in. The suite was much more spacious than I thought even after seeing the pictures. The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk even checked in with us via text after our arrival and the next morning. That was fantastic. Breakfast both mornings was to be as expected. However the food was not well stocked/replenished and guests had to keep asking for things from the kitchen. (I also feel there wasn’t as much of an assortment or variety to choose from as opposed to other Hampton Inn’s we often stay at.) Overall, a great weekend stay.

The hotel was great, in spite of a problem with the shower. The shower water went from cold to excruciatingly hot, even for me since I like hot showers. But overall it was a great trip. Ali was very knowledgeable about the local attractions and springs.

My overall stay was good There is nothing I really had a problem with besides the lack of outdoor lodging areas, which I feel for the average price on these rooms would be reasonable versus just a bench or two with stinky cigarette holders in your face Which might be my only gripe with my stay it has nothing to do with the hotel itself I guess, but while I was staying there, I had the option of booking the exact same stay cheaper mind you not far and alot nicer hotel that had visible outdoor lodging for guests I believe it was the hilton garden inn or something
