I know this is a budget hotel. So, keeping that in mind with expectations, it was fabulous. We had the upgraded queen room. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet, blackout drapes. Convenient location just off the freeway. Lots of food options and grocery store near. I liked that the room had a mini fridge and freezer and microwave. So, the things taking it from 5 stars to 4; the hot tub was great, and the pool was open and was “heated”, but it was actually super cold in March. So, we weren’t able to use it. The best door to enter the building to get to our room was broken so it meant walking all the way to the other side with our luggage…, the breakfast is fine, but only fine. There is a waffle maker which my daughter loves, and some fun sugar cereal options for kids. But, if you are looking for anything warm/protein, other cold hard boiled eggs, there aren’t many options. They did have lots of carb options though;bagels and cream cheese, toast, muffins, oatmeal packets, bananas, yogurt, juice.

Terrible.

Large gap in door, let in cold air, heater did not work, bathroom outlet did not work to use hair dryer, coffee maker or charge devices. Fridge froze vegetables. Dirty. Plumbing fixtures backwards. No refunds if plans change.

Staff was extremely nice. bed was comfortable but the Carpet was gross (sticky stuff stuck to carpet) towels were stained. Gap around the door. Could use the major updating.

Two critiques: First, we called more than 2 hours ahead of our arrival to ask for a pack-and-play to be delivered to our room for our baby daughter. The staff acknowledged our request, and ensured it would take place, but upon our arrival no pack-and-play was delivered. Secondly, the room itself smelled terrible. Whatever cleaning supplies are used, they leave an awful smell. There were Oreos on the ground indicating that there was either no cleaning, or it was poorly done. The TV did not work, regardless of how we tried to work the remote or the TV itself. (Yes it was plugged in and turned on). And finally, the room was hot and stuff when we arrived. The air controls were turned on and took ages to even function. Just poor hospitality. I will say, the only redeeming quality was the staff member got us a room on the first floor.

The TV didn’t work and the outlets in the bedside lamp did not work and there was not another close Outlet, Fortunately, my CPAP had a long cord, so it was able to reach the outlet that was on the other side of the other bed

Our initial room had a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. The ceiling was close to falling in and there was mold everywhere. The staff did provide a different room immediately. However the second room had an extremely strong odor from either cleaning products or deodorizers, causing an asthma attack. Avoid this motel if you have any allergy or breathing issues.
