There were people appearing to be dealing drugs in the parking lot. Nowhere to park. The person at the front desk had no idea what was going on. Our room had no number on it. There were fruit loop crumbs in the elevator. The bathroom in our room wad FILTHY. Curly hair everywhere. Disgusting

Hotel was under renovation and I wasn't made aware of it until it was too late to cancel. Besides the renovations taking place, the hotel was dirty almost everywhere. Plus, only one staff working on Sunday morning. She was working both the desk and breakfast area. Needless to say food was lacking, undercooked and unorganized.

The breakfast was basically empty by 8:30 each day. Most days it was not fresh or nothing left. The last day we stayed the breakfast was good, hot and full. But, that was not the case the other days of our stay. Construction of building going on without being informed before our arrival. Only main door to get in and out. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Rooms were good, beds comfortable.

We stayed for four nights and 5 days and the room was never cleaned the entire time. We requested the room be cleaned on the second day and they never did get to it. After a subsequent request to clean the room they changed the towels and emptied the trash, that was it. The bed wasn't made and the floors were not vacuumed, nor was the bathroom cleaned. The hallways and elevator were dirty and obviously had not been vacuumed or cleaned in a while. The breakfast was out more than 30 minutes before the 9am end time the last two days with no replenishment.

Good location for Appleton, close to shopping. Building is undergoing remodeling, it was loud when we left at 9:15am. Cleanliness was ok, we found a couple of piles of hair on the floor when we arrived. Several loose tiles (remodeling will fix?)

I use Expedia to book my hotel of doble 2 queen bed and they gave me a 1 single bed and they told me if i want a extra bed to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress and sleep on the floor because Expedia is a third party app and no one is guaranteed to get what they book for so since first day i was uncomfortable and dislike of everything and i pay full same day i booked
