Day of departure challenges

Frustrations with day of departure. Had requested late check out through the texting app and was granted a 1p departure. Despite that, housekeeping knocked on the door at 1058 AND 1222 wondering why I was still there. Need better communication with the boots on the ground

I was stunned at the cost for early check-in. I was equally stunned at a $1 upgrade for breakfast. What do I get with the breakfast upgrade--do I get to sit down by upgrading??!! Also, maybe I'm not often on the ground floor, but I could hear the people above me every time they walked around. It was like the floor was creaking.
