Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We needed a handicapped accessible room, due to my boyfriend being in a wheelchair. The picture on your website, showed a rolled in shower, and it also showed a king size bed and a sofa. Was excited we had plans for family to cpme over and celebrate our Christmas. When we got to our room, there wasnt a couch. I called down to the front desk and the emplouee saod she woulsee what she coupd do. She called.bsck and saod she foind one woth a spfa

.go ip, not handicapped accessible. I call fown againand she said she could brong up a few chaors to oir original room Nd she wouod run up with our new key. We went back to the old room, we waited over 15 minutes an a she never came. My boyfroemd went down and had to get thto get them. My family ahow up, ttwo hours layer, they knocl on oir day with a chaor! TWO hours! The room was freezing
When the heat shut off, you could feel the cold air coming from behind0, and it was LOUD! The bathroom is NOT set up for someone in a wheelchair. You have the grab bars on the weong sofe of the shower, and there should be a higher toilet.
