Room was clean with the exception of one of the beds which had hair on the sheets. Heater would not raise the temperature to more than 66 degrees. When we got up early in the morning (3:00 am) there was no hot water.

A. Beds were not comfortable whatsoever, mattresses seemed old and outdated.
B. The second night was horrible, the guest across our room were loud and children were running in the halls all through our stay, we were woken up by a unattended crying child in the hallway multiple times to the point the front desk had to be called and police were eventually involved.
C. When we a late check out due to our poor sleep from all the commotion we were told we could have an extra hour max and housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times basically rushing us to leave.
In conclusion, spend a few extra bucks for a better experience and sleep !

Yes! Always very pleasent when I check in and the rooms are very clean.
The room was gross. Few amenities and dirty. Wallpaper peeling and mold. Staff was nonchalant and unresponsive to very simple request for towels and non functioning toilet.
No hot water! Can’t take a shower. Was told “it should be coming on” but an hour later it is still cold. Much worse was the hotel’s front desk advertising a political pamphlet full of disinformation. It was there as a hand out to take to the room, or to breakfast, or for night readings Why would the hotel want to alienate so many patrons by using the front desk to peddle politically extremist propaganda?
We have stayed here before. It is comfortable and convenient. It was clean. The headboard for the bed was worn out. It was peeling. Other furniture in the room is also worn. This location was adequate for our stay and at a good price.
