The room was freezing cold the whole entire weekend my final night the power went out the managers or staff members didn’t seem To care nor accommodate anyone me and my family drove 6 hours for the most horrible stay ever for my daughters cheer comp and didn’t have comfort while lodging I will never stay here again please don’t book here they are horrible horrible horrible !!!!

Our room was not very clean. I literally got on my hands and knees and washed the kitchen floor and bathroom floor because it was disgusting. The floor was never vacuumed. we will definitely never stay at this location again. The staff did try to take care of the problem for us, but it already left a bad taste. The icemaker in the freezer did not work so you have to get bags of ice from the front desk. The sinks did not drain properly. Something outside our room in the sprinkler room would come on at night for about 15 to 20 minutes and be very loud, vibrating the whole room.
