It was extremely loud given the proximity to the front desk. There was a pair of someone’s DIRTY underwear hanging off the shower rod and no hot water in the shower. The room was far too expensive to have this kind of stay.

None of the televisions in the room worked. We kept asking to be moved to another similar room or two separate rooms with working televisions. The person in charge kept saying he couldn’t do that for us, even tho the hotel was EMPTY! We were offered a token discount but our concerns were not met, could have easily been resolved.
