Our room door lock did not work and we let the front desk know, he said him and manager would look at it when we left for out event. Came back asked if it was fuxed the guy said no that since we were gone he didn't go inside and he knew we were leaving cause he after we told him we had and event to attend he said that would be go so he and manager could look at it, he then said he would come up with us to look at it and then said would be up in a second, he never came husband had to go back downstairs to get him which he came to tell us it didn't work which we already knew, he called his manager which told us we could leave and maybe get our money back which i said there were no more hotels available. At the beginning we asked if there was another room available, he said yes but would have to charge us and then said he couldn't give us that room anyways. What upset us was that we kept getting the run around and no help at all.....was lied to he told us his manager was on her way and they would look at the door and never did then he told us he would be right up to look at it and never did we had to go get him then he told us the lady working Sunay morning would be able to help us at checkout and when we checked out we went yo the desk while she was there with her two children and she told us she couldnt help us. After all this it was frustrating couldn't sleep due to the door. Will not be staying there again. My name is Cynthia Dougherty we were there Oct. 18th

2 problems or this would have been a 5 star rating. There was a weird noise coming out of the ac unit all night and the window was broken/ had a large crack in it.

Room was too warm to sleep. Was told by one front desk employee that could not take thermostat over 72 or would lock out. Was told by another that could take to any temperature. Either way temperature never got below 75 degrees. Would not consider this a $200 a night hotel. Also loose bathroom tile on floor. Very unsafe.
