Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The service was not all that bad. The manager attempted to accommodate us and he was nice. However the room was not cleaned. It was very cringy when we discovered the empty corona bottle on the window seal, gross. The rest of the room was immediately nasty to me. The bathroom had rust around the faucet and the tub appeared dingy. The furniture was beaten up and old. The outside of the hotel looks nice and new, but the inside of the rooms look 30 years old. The sofa bed appeared to be sunken in. Do not go off of those pictures in the advertisement. The rooms DO NOT look like that. We were there visiting for my son’s graduation. After seeing all of this I did not want to stay here. The manager allowed me to go look for other accommodations for a short time and then he gave me a refund. Crazy thing is we went down the street to Sleep Inn and it ended up being a miss as well plus twice as much, lol. You live and you learn. Get an Airbnb next time. Their revenue is built from good reviews individually. Every one that I’ve stayed in has been nice and CLEAN. This experience with hotels is driving me in that direction. Aside from going to top notch hotels such as the Marriot or Hilton, of which they were sold out. Bottom line, don’t go here. Price was $255 for two nights and came with a small kitchenette, not too bad.
