The curtains had what looked like mice bites throughout it. You could tell that the odor of new paint was barely covering the smell. I’m assuming there’s quite a few long term tenants based on the parking lot parties and pot smoke, multiple groups of 4-5 people hanging out, blasting music, etc. Not a family friendly hotel.

Aside from long term residents, adjacent RV park and permanent residents near end of property, the inside of the room was clean albeit outdated. Only warm water available in shower and tepid water at sink, valves all the way on. Advised front desk on Saturday and checked out early because I wanted an adequate shower due to my days activities.

There were sugar ants in the bathroom. There was, the shower was very difficult to turn on. It took me five, tries to figure it out. Water pressure was terrible. Customer service was great. The room was nice. And the noise level was low.
