First of all, it was very cold, and apparently, the main entrance doors were not working. We had to use the side doors, which would be fine if you could actually get in. Half the time, we were locked out, and it was -30. Second, they NEVER restocked breakfast. Even at 7:30 a.m., there was very little food available. They ran out of coffee, didn't refill it, and coffee cups were not available. When I asked the front desk (before I knew there wasn't coffee) if they had cups, her response was, "I have no idea where they would be, but I guess I could look." She never did! I looked through the cupboards for cups, peanut butter, and jam. Terrible service. They also kept blaming the noise on one group of kids when it was a different group. Won't be staying here again
