The property needs to be updated. The water could have been a lot hotter too. Tiny tv in the room. The AC unit was very dirty. Every room needs to be treated as every guest has a breathing illness. Clean AC units and filters all of the time. Give more time on each room. Cleanliness is very important.

Quality Inn Lewisburg West Virginia is a very good place to stay. Suitable for families and handicapped accessible. The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The breakfast room is large and nicely decorated. There is hot coffee and tea available in the lobby as well as vending machines with a variety of snacks and beverages. Entry is from the outside for each individual room. We were able to park directly in front of our room. In addition to the restaurant in the motel, there are several restaurants close by. I would recommend this Quantity Inn for a stay in Lewisburg. We were visiting Greenbrier Resort for a Bunker Tour and this Quality Inn is only a few minutes away.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with the exception of a man sent to fix our non working tv remote. He came in the evening when my wife was alone in the room. She was not comfortable opening the door and asked him to come back (when I was there) He said if she didn’t let him in he wasn't coming back and did not. The room was clean, the outside corridor not so clean trash outside rooms. A large gap under the door easy entry for bugs. And we were unable to use the tv.

We have stayed at this hotel before. This time, I requested a first floor room and, also called the evening before our stay to verify. When we arrived, our room was on the second floor. My husband has a loss of heart function which makes it almost impossible to climb stairs. We did explain this to the receptionist and she did switch our room. However, the room we got was very small with one small bed. It was very clean. We did not eat breakfast so, cannot comment on it. Overall, our stay was adequate.

Unexpectedly Large Hotel in the Middle of WV

Clean room. Loud motorcycles everywhere unfortunately. The parking situation was horrible. We had to drive clear around the hotel to a one-lane driveway to park next to our room. When we left, we had to back-up for about a block to get out. Need a redesign of some sort back there.

Improve lighting in parking lot and on sidewalk in front of rooms. Put up good signs so location of hotel is evident. Pass out map on sign in to find room. Put bigger numbers on rooms. Get rid of morbid holloween decorations. Remove junk cars from parking lot. Make sure guests have parking convenient to room.
