Disappointed.
I received no confirmation for this booking. I did not know that it had been confirmed, was charged the full amount, despite trying to talk to Hotels.com customer service. I lost 900 dollars. The sole communication was a day of email from Hotels.com asking how my check in went - other than that, I have zero evidence that this was ever confirmed outside the 900 dollar charge on my credit card. Super disappointed in both the property, who refused any type of refund whatsoever despite this being a sold out weekend in the area that they easily could have recouped this booking loss from, and hotels.com, for the lack of supportive resolution.
