The guy at the front desk Colt, I believe is his name went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. He recommended a good Mexican restaurant Papas & Beers.

The staff were so pleasant! The room was very clean. We were greeted warmly and the breakfast staff was sooooo nice with a giant smile and greeted us both mornings. We would definitely stay here again and urge others to stay here on their visit to Asheville.

Comfortable, simple hotel, clean hotel with great service. The area is still reeling from the hurricane but Country Inn and Suites stood out as a haven for all the emergency workers and good samaritans trying to help

My room was extremely clean (and passed my test before i even sleep in a Hotel room. I even check for bed bugs.) and the bed was the perfect confort (not to hard and not too soft.) I will be staying again and again.

Great hotel, bad neighbor

Amazing! Employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and smelled great. Rooms were clean, comfortable and updated. I was there with my 2 grand daughters. We were going to look at wedding venues. Our stay was ruined by a person next to us banging on the adjoining door because we were talking and watching tv at 10:00 pm. That ruined our stay.

Was a quick stay my son was in hospital needed to relax and enjoy indoor pool and hottub . Oh they been closed for months! Keep website up to date !! Totally messed up our stay .
