The reservation person was great helping me correct an error I made reserving a third night. The room was barely acceptable. We ran out of toilet paper and we had run some down. At no time did a maid clean our room.

Everything about the property was wonderful. My only complaint is I stayed in the Vanderbilt tower room 236 and the shower knob had to be secured with a wash rag bc it just flimsily spins around. So you can have cold water or scalding hot if you don’t secure it. A name like Hilton shouldn’t have these types of issues.

This hotel was nicely decorated and very welcoming. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the warm cookies at check in. There was a nice market selection at the front desk as well.

We booked Double Tree mainly for the pool and hot tub for our kids to get some energy out. Both were in good condition and kids had blast. We were in the suite close to the pool, so that made it easier also.

A very nice motel at a reasonable price. No microwave in the room and the main elevator was out of service, which was a problem because my girlfriend just had knee surgery. No complimentary breakfast.

The staff was most helpful and friendly. There was a minor inconvenience of having to use an elevator toward the back of the building because the closest elevator was broken. And the door to get into my room stuck, making it a little difficult to get into the room. But the room and entire hotel was clean and quiet.

Nice place, good location, great price.

Nice place, good location and price. I didn't utilize any of the amenities at the hotel, so I cannot speak for anything there. I am a stickler for shower cleanliness, and the shower could have been a bit cleaner than it was - but it was way better than some places I have stayed before. The bed was comfortable. I was close to the elevator, so I was concerned about the noise at night, but I put the fan on 'auto' and it drowned out all the noise. The traffic light getting out of the property is not the fastest, so take that into consideration when you are going anywhere - be prepared to sit for a few minutes. (Not anything the hotel can do about that, but just a heads up!)
