Though it felt a little dated and a bit removed, I have to say that the staff was very helpful, clean, and friendly. The hotel was very clean, just also very old. The breakfast area could use a little help and attention. I cannot say that I would stay again but that is not for lack of cleanliness or staff. For the price, it is safe, clean, and acceptable.

Great budget hotel, clean, quiet. We stayed 1 night just driving through Ashville. They had a nice continental breakfast, day office staff was nice and recommended a great place to eat for lunch.

The room was not clean, the shower was not cleaned and had previously used soap left in it. The floors were not clean, and the bathroom floor was particularly nasty with built-up grime in every corner. Definitely not worth the price paid. I will never consider a Quality Inn again, I was totally disgusted.

The desk person when I checked in double charged me which made my credit card go over its credit limit. But once the holds come off I'm hoping everything will be fine. That's why the 4 stars. But other than that everything was great.

The parking lot had dark spots which is not good for feeling safe. The floor of the lobby was full of mud. The room I was given, was not cleaned when I opened the door. The next room was better. The breakfast was pathetic. No coffee, not even an attempt at hot water. No waffle, a basket of apples, yogurt, and microwave sandwich, is not breakfast. No coffee is epic failure. I would not being leaving a negative review if you had hot coffee.

I called from my room and asked for a 4am wakeup call so i would be ready for 4:45 shuttle to airport to catch my 5:30am flight. I woke up at 4:50am in a panic that I would miss my flight. No wake up call what so every, very very disappointed. I ran through the airport and begged people to let me go in front of them. Just barely made my boarding time.

We had a difficult time understanding what the people at the front desk were saying. Both people we interacted with had heavy accents and we had to have them repeat what they were saying a couple of times. The room looked worn, but it was clean. One towel I took from the shelf had permanent stains.
