Absolutely fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff was very kind, location was perfect - barely even 5 minutes from downtown. And one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Also loved the decor and the layout of the rooms. Only complaints were the pillows were way too small and too soft, and the walls are thin between the room and the hallway - we could hear anytime someone on the floor entered or left their room or talked while in the hallway. Otherwise, the room was incredibly clean, the blackout shades made restorative sleep very easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to use Netflix and YouTube. Our stay has made us consider only sleeping at Best Westerns in the future. 9/10 would definitely recommend.

I did not know that GLO is a sister company of the BW. There is a somewhat run down BW right next door, but the GLO is new and very clean!

Front desk was always very personable and helpful no matter which shift. Plus I realized when I got home to KY that I had left my gold wedding band in our room. I called and it had been turned in to the front desk!! I'm very appreciative to the cleaning staff for their honesty. I would like to send a thank you note.

The place is new and beds comfy. Location can be noisy due to proximity to road. Imagine that rooms on the back are quieter. Super close to downtown Asheville but not walkable.

Here for a family member in the hospital. Staff was helpful and flexible as I added nights to my stay. Clientele is mostly families, tourists so it's quiet and peaceful no obnoxious partiers. Very well kept
