I was given a room without a shower curtain. Bathroom mirror has toothpaste spattered on it. Pet hair is visible. They should do better

Staff: Great- they immediately changed my room when I addressed some problems. Property rooms are not a 5, but a 3., meaning that flooring, fridges etc are not as nice as other hotels with same rating. Some of the wood flooring was uneven/sunken in areas. They do not have hair dryers in every room, make sure to request.
