Our stay was fantastic. Our room was very clean and everywhere we went inside it is obvious they put alot into keeping the place looking like new. We will definitely be back again.

Pretty good stay. The room was nice the tub was nice. The only thing I didn’t care for were the side doors. You can go out but can not re enter through them and have to go through the lobby. Our room was at the end so the end doors entrance would have been optimal

Was very disappointed in the pictures vs reality of the hotel. For the same price I could have stayed at a very nice hotel instead like the Hotel Retlaw. Very outdated and the tub/shower did not drain any water so the person that showered second was dealing with a foot of water already in there from when I showered. Being that we were only here for one night was pretty pointless to ask to get it fixed but did make it known to the staff on the way out. Overall I personally would find another spot to stay.

The stay was fine. It was annoying to come back from breakfsst (2 hours before checkout) and have our key cards turned off. When I went downstairs to have them reactivsted there was no one at the desk or answering the phone. Housekeeping finally let me in and commented that they frequently turn the keys off early.

This was the most disgusting hotel we ever visited. The whirlpool and pool were so filthy that we would not even stick our toes in it! The room was even more disgusting. The bed cover had blood stains on it. The bed sheets were clearly not changed as they were wrinkled and soiled. The carpets were stained and the whole room needed a deep cleaning. We told the manager we would not be staying and asked for a full refund. I will not hold my breath on getting any reimbursement!! What a complete disappointment.

Liz, the night front desk employee, was amazing. She was friendly and gave great recommendations of where to eat. The rooms were very clean, but did need some fixing up (i.e., carpet shaggy where it met the tile, etc.)

Nice place to stay. The rooms were clean. My only issue with the room was the thermostat is on the wall heater/AC, instead of being on the wall. You have to kneel on the floor to be able to see the small screen to adjust the thermostat or see if it is on AC or heat. Isabella was extremely polite and professional at check-in. The lady who was at the desk in the evening, not so much. She seemed crabby and ornery. But, we all have bad days. Overall, for the price I think it is a great place to stay.

I liked the fact that our room was off a large hallway tucked away by itself and it was very quiet as a result. We didn't like the hard to understand instructions for the HVAC equipment.
