Kitchen area was dirty with a lot of flies. Limited selection of food since they ran out of several options. We did not have any hot water in our room and was told we did not let it run long enough, which was NOT the case. The room itself was nice and the lady who checked us in was very pleasant.

Our room was very clean and staff very kind. Ice machine was out on the third floor due to Needing service. But we were able to get some on the bottom level. Breakfast was great. Nice hot breakfast. Would stay again when going through town. Thank you

This hotel is very nice, overpriced being branded as an upper midscale. It's still just a 4 story typical look hotel. It was clean and has nice size rooms. Apparently they get guests that are willing to pay for next door casino and no other hotel on block. Front desk was very friendly.

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. One problem was there was not enough hot water for two people to take a shower and it wasn't even hot and my husband said he seen a mouse crawling around downstairs when we checked in the lady at the breakfast bar was sweet as pie and did a great job.
