My daughter said the sofabed smelled musty and we thought it was just because it was folded up and probably needed to air out a bit. She ended up not sleeping at all that night because of the smell. When we folded it back up in the morning we found a considerable amount of visible fuzzy mold on the underside of the sofabed mattress. The hotel was otherwise fine and the staff was super polite.

Super clean and comfortable hotel! You can see The Goonies house from the parking lot and there's a town trolley stop behind the hotel. The beds/pillows were also very comfortable. We had amazing weather and beautiful views of the river.

Nice hotel with a great pool and hot tub that is open 24 hours. Staff is friendly, room was clean. Breakfast area is a little small but it works. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and supportive. The bath tub was wide and big for soaking. You can see the Goonies House from the parking lot! The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, oatmeal and standard continental fare. The front desk lady was very friendly and pointed out places we could eat and visit.

The stay was amazing. The absolute only thing I would say was frustrating was the food running out during breakfast and then having to wait for staff to refill. (It happened on quite a few options)

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, had lots of information to give us. As a group of 3 passing through, it was nice to run into a good friendly staff. The hotel itself had a decent breakfast and the beverage selection was nice. We never got in the pool or hot tub but it was being drained and cleaned at check out so that was a plus! The room was a tad outdated and a little bit questionable in the beginning but i will admit the best sleep of my entire trip!!

This is our 2nd trip to Oregon, we want to try out best western for the river view and highly disappointed. We booked a river view, paid for an expensive price, was put in the 1st floor room with no clear view. Room was stinky and smelled like wet dog and molded. Mold also visible on bathroom ceiling. Front desk staff lady is very rude. The kid upstair is constantly stomping on the floor and the staff refused to do anything till 10pm. Yet, the noise stay consistent till almost 11pm. Highly not recommended and will not come back to the same place again.

The hotel itself was not terrible place. The staff was friendly, albeit untrained. There was no sheets on the pullout or in the room. The bathroom had two towels for a reservation of five. There were mouse traps behind the behind the furniture and the toilet bubbled every five minutes throughout the night. The breakfast food wasn’t eatable and the waffle maker was empty. The staff had me call tech-support to try to fix the issues with the TV, because they didn’t know how it worked. They wouldn’t bring me the towels or sheets. I had to go get them myself, which was more of an inconvenience than something to get upset about, but was irritating on top of everything else. That being said, it wasn’t the worst place in the world and the staff was nice enough. We ended up leaving early and eating elsewhere just because it wasn’t worth staying the extra night. No ask of “how was your stay” when we said we were checking out early, even though it was a different attendant. It’s probably an ok place to stay if you don’t plan on being in the room and just use it as a bed, but the place does deserve an honest review from somebody. I’d look elsewhere if I come back through town again.

Pretty good place to stay.

Room was comfortable and the AC worked well. Breakfast was good and generally was was a good start for a day. Kids enjoyed the pool and easy access to the riverfront walking trail but the trolley was unfortunately not running during our stay.
