Was made to wait at the front desk on arrival, so she could go check a room. Came back said sorry, the room you reserved is no available, the heat is working, will you accept another type of room. Sure. Got key, went to that room, there was used bandages in the trash, bathroom was not clean, window did not close or lock, and heat was also not working. Returned to front desk to express my concerns and request a different room. Got sent to the second floor. That room, had no working main light, had to use a flashlight on my phone, and only one light by bed would turn on. the door to the room had a broken deadbolt lock and would not work. Returned to front desk, wanting a refund, not given, left property. Reported the issue to Expedia, they tried for 2 days to get a refund and manager refuses. WORST experience ever. Gross place, terrible people, terrible service, and not backed up by Expedia. I will not use this booking service again, and I would not recommend this property to anyone!
