The staff were wonderful! Attentive, fun, pleasant to talk to, and made great recommendations. We were offered an upgraded room and the extra space made us feel even more at home. That was an unexpected gift! We were thrilled about how close the Georgia Aquarium is as that was our main purpose in being in downtown Atlanta. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and offered many options. The pool was kept very clean. There are also some great restaurants nearby. Highmy recommend the Atlanta Breakfast Club for some authentic and absolutely delicious Southern food and hospitality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House and would stay again.

Pool was absolutely disgusting. It was green and you could see some type of film all throughout the water. Staff was friendly but some of the areas of the hotel weren’t the cleanest. Also, there are no locks on the bathroom doors and there was no water pressure in the shower.

It is a hotel with a lot of potential but unfortunately the valet parking person who is the first contact does not have a good attitude at work and then in the lobby the person who does the check in was busy on a call and could not give the best in customer service. The sofa bed was dirty and the television did not work but the technical service was efficient. The room had a bad smell and parking is $55.00 a day.

My room was clean and spacious but the front desk was overwhelm and inpatient. I know how stressful it is to be understaffed and busy but it is very important to remember that the current customer did not make this conditions happen and can make them feel like it is personal attack on them...sometimes just saying sorry doesn't fix a persona weekend getaway.

First off, staff upgraded my room to a suit for some reason and im here for it. Second the only downaide i can say was the mattress. I thought it was perfectly comfortable until I work up with a sore and stiff back. Otherwise pretty much perfect. And they have free breakfast!

The hotel and staff were amazing! Comfy beds, great location. It is near restaurants, however I wish they had better food and more of a variety at their bar. Princess was a sweetheart! We enjoyed our stay.
