I absolutely loved the staff and the property here. However, the weed smell coming from the vents was bad. Especially since I was traveling with a three month old. Other than that, everything was great!

Upon arrival I recorded a warm welcome from staff. I was notified that my room would be upgraded. I unfortunately, had to come back down and request a different room due to the strong smell of marijuana in the room. The second room smelled better but had stains all over the couch and in the shower pan. The room was cold so I requested a blanket only to be told there were no more. I’m in town for a conference so I understand just wish the hotel was a bit more prepared. The staff was nice each person I encountered was professional. Probably the best part of my visit.

I loved the vibe and look of this property. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not great. A lot of random stains and there was a fruit fly issue in our room. Our tv also wasn’t working although they fixed that within the first day. other than that it was good. Nice area. “City view” is mainly of the stadium and not the skyline so be aware of that as well.

Call and said we were going to check in at 10pm. person at hotel said ok. Came in at 10pm and they gave are room away. Had to book in another hotel 3 hours later. Came back the next day when the room was ready again and stayed with them. Day 2 and day4 room not cleaned or bed made ( told them in the morning we were leaving and not coming back to 9pm. Never again will I stay here

So this hotel is awesome. Great location downtown. The roof lounge was popping! The DJ in the lobby in the evenings was popping! The food was ok I guess depending on what you get. My drinks on the roof were better than what i had downstairs in the lobby. The rooms were very modern and the beds were super comfy. I will definitely be staying here again!

No sleeping on the weekends

Hotel is very clean. Air conditioner didn’t work right in the room, it was extremely warm. Also, don’t stay here on the weekend if you want to sleep. Loud music goes until 3am. I will never stay here again.
