This established oceanfront cottage is located in Atlantic Beach and offers plenty of room to spread out. Private apartment has its own entrance with kitchen, dining and living area. Open kitchen and dining room is located on the main level. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. A large sun porch opens onto the deck. Private walkway to the beach.

We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $1,500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

If you want an updated, modern house, this is not the place for you. The photos show the true style of the house.The check in process was easy. The staff at Canon and Gruber were nice to work with. The security deposit refund has a 45 day turnaround time, so hopefully they don’t find anything wrong since we kept the place clean all week.The beds were pretty comfortable, so that was a plus for the 8 of us who stayed. Lots of space for everyone to spread out, too. Plenty of silverware, dishes and cups in the kitchen. The frying pans could also be replaced as a few of them were flimsy.The appliances could use a serious upgrade, as well as the furniture in the living room. A fresh coat of paint to brighten up the dark wood paneling would be inviting. The outdoor shower was nice to try and get most of the sand off before heading inside. A few palmetto bugs popped up throughout the week. The blind in the front bedroom was broken and stuck halfway. Overall, the weekly cost being affordable was why we chose to rent the place. It was cozy, but we most likely wouldn’t book a second trip to this house.

Renter's Beware! Ants all over gourmet muffins 1st night followed by spyders and roachs!!!!!

Theses problems were just the start. Linens came from a correctional facility and the mattresses from an out of business thrift store. Years of travel and we have never experienced such disregard to the renter. Refrigerator had only 1/ 2 a shelf and dirty. You can not prepare food in this dirty kitchen that has inadequate pots pans utensils. No comfortable furniture throughout the house. All are years worn. To top the dismal experience of the living areas, the washroom downstairs was flooded with a overwhelming odor of mold and mildew. This place is totally bust.... The owners have never done anything to this property since it was built in 1940. HORRIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS BEWARE

Property could use a little update porch roof leaked during rain and windows leaked. Overall we had a good time. Charcoal grill was falling apart , thought that it was misrepresented in the advertisement , saying grill was available . Other than those couple things it was a good time . Owner should address water leaking before ruins the porch floor and upstairs bedroom

Overall great

We enjoyed our visit. Overall it is a good place. Really needs some updating (especially the bathrooms)! We had lots of room and everyone enjoyed themselves. The location is great and loved the porch. The owner was great when we had a AC issue and when there was a leak coming from the ceiling. The management company dealt with the issues promptly then the owner contacted us and was wonderful to deal with!

Great oceanfront cottage!

This cottage is like going to my grandparents lake house when I was a kid. Plenty of room for everyone and several areas to socialize when not on the beach - Large kitchen, large living room and back porch. There are several decks as well. It's an EASY walk over the dune to the beach. Linens were included so that was a HUGE bonus and we really appreciated it. We easily fit 5 SUVs/Trucks in the driveway. It's within walking distance of the pier and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!!

2019 Tuna run 200

Perfect perfect place to stay after running the 200 mile tuna run. Plenty of room for all us. Great screen in porch area and access to beach. And great location from finish line! Had a blast! Would stay again next year.
