OUR AWESOME CONDO! 1600 sf 2nd floor condo in totally renovated building, located in the heart of the Boardwalk area. Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; newly carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size washer/dryer in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator. Island with 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/6 chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and two BR's have Queen beds. There are two twin air mattresses for extra guests. Large private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. \

One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Ideal rental if you have difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit.\

PLANNING A FAMILY REUNION?: If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would like to stay all together, we can coordinate the rental of one of the other units in the same building, providing sleeping for approximately 18 people within two units. The condo is identical in layout to ours, but without the front porch. \
\
UNIT AMENITIES: This condo was part of an extensive total renovation in 2008 with everything brand new. Eight beach tags and six beach chairs are provided (remember children under 12 do not need beach tags in Ocean City.)\
