horrible!

staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. got home and realized my friend & i had bumps on our legs!! i called about the bumps and they said they cat do anything about it??? 🙄breakfast was underrated. all the toast/bagels were stale and yogurt was warm. the sausage was cold as well as the eggs. i couldn’t even eat my breakfast without staff bumbarding me about what room i stayed in. the environment where the hotel was placed at was disgusting. there was dirt and mold in the cracks of the tub.

I’ll be back

Even though our stay at the Best Western was brief it was great. The price was reasonable. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is only 5 min. from the Boardwalk Hall. The parking was tight and not much of it but that was minor.

We did not have a working remote control the front desk probably put about 10 minutes worth of effort into it to try and fix and we were told the next shift would come and assist us, but that shift never showed up to help and we went the entire stay with no TV

La chambre etait tres bien, spatieuse et confortable. Mais le parking etait payant (25$ la nuit) et le petit dejeuner s'arretait a 9h du matin (trop tot). Et le petit dejeuner etait moyen (pas de charcuterie, pas de vrai cafe noir..).
