Clean and quiet. Reasonable value

No frills, but definitely a clean room. No heat lamp in bathroom ( Had a regular bulb, even though timer on wall) . King bed was quite firm. Room itself was clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast closed at 9am, including Sunday. I overslept. Can't expect much better for $100 on a Saturday night in Atlantic City

1. I requested for Accessible room, they didn’t have one. 2. I also requested for a non smoking room, I was checked into a smoking room for the first night. I almost passed out because of lingering smoke despite using my CPAP machine. It was a disappointing stay for us even though we were checked into another room the next morning.

Claims 100% smoke free hotel. Our room smelled like cigarettes and the hallways smelt like weed. There was a person smoking a blunt in the lobby with hotel staff not intervening. The bed was not made properly and our soap dispensers in the shower were completely empty upon arrival. We ordered room service and had to go down to the lobby to pick it up, later to find out the food was not edible, they were completely out of bread and unwilling to substitute.

Great cheap find and short walk from the Atlantic City boardwalk or $10 Uber ride!! Room and linens were clean. Staff was friendly.

unsatisfactory best western hotel memory

We originally reserved a room for two nights 11/29/24 and 12/1/24 (Friday and Saturday) at the Best Western hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. Upon our late evening arrival, we found the room uncomfortably cold, and the thermostat was not working. We contacted the front desk, and the staff instructed us to adjust the heater unit blower in the room, but that also failed to work. When we informed the front desk again, a staff member personally came to the room and attempted to fix the issue. Despite spending 20 minutes trying to repair the heater, it stopped working again shortly after he left. We requested to be moved to another room, but the staff refused. We then asked

It was by far the worst Best Western in our life, breakfast time was obnoxious till 9:00 am whereas eggs finished at 8:30 Surprise parking charge of 25 dollars, bathroom was overly congested, we didn’t understand how Best Western choose them to use their name, pathetic experience!
