My honest review. The pros and the cons. Pro: The staff was really friendly and helpful. They serve a real breakfast not coffee and donuts.The black out curtains worked very well. Conveniently located six minutes from the beach. The hair dryer was very powerful. The cons: the bathroom door wouldnt shut evenly. Everytime the generator shut off the television would momentarily do the same. The hotel on some nights was very loud. Overall a good experience i will return.

My husband and I were working and the property manager gave him a difficult time when he requested to use the breakfast room which was completely empty. Then a women at the front desk stopped me and told me that dogs were not allowed. When I checked in the day prior I showed them my service dog card.

good location, but below average otherwise

Booked this hotel for its good location, but the run down hallways and bathrooms and dirty, messy (slow) elevator and almost comical "hot breakfast" were all deal breakers for considering a return to this property. There were stained and worn carpets in all the hallways and our bathroom was not very clean upon check in. The breakfast room was small and "buffet" tiny and only hot items were hard, tasteless sausage patties and "over well" eggs (cooked, as the hot tray ran out of them on a pepper plate in a small microwave next to it *in* the middle of the "buffet" setup (LOL!?) ... wheat or white toast and 4 slice toaster that everyone was constantly waiting on to toast their bread. one small coffee machine that only accommodated one person at a time ... and some plain yogurt in a machine and some walnuts or almonds by cheerios or frosted wheat cereal bins. It was really a comical setup for the "included hot buffet" ... AND Parking on-site was an additional $25 per day (!) pic is view from our king bed room

Staff agreed to let us have a look at the room before we accepted to stay. Saff was very professional, courteous and addressed our concerns. Neighborhood is not safe. Building next door had people who were yelling at each other and almost got into a fight when we were departing.
