Not having a cart to bring your luggage up to your room and when you are leaving was a really big problem! And not one staff member cared! A Huge problem! Chances of staying there again is a NO!

Check in clerk was a bit rude. There was an extra $60 bed tax which is a secret. Room was clean but missing a few things like a coffee maker, hair dryer and outlets. There was no outlets beside the bed, either side. Hallways, even upstairs, were cold. They could have been vacuumed but weren't while we were staying (2 nights). When you got to the main floor your eardrums were assaulted by 3 or 4 different songs that were so loud you couldn't form a thought.

Absolutely terrible place!!! Very run down and completely empty. Food options are minimal and what is avail is very expensive and not enjoyable. Its winter and it was Absolutely FREEZING everywhere! I reserved a suite and sorry I did! It was disgusting! Room was groos, outdated and in need a complete renovation. No fitted sheet on the bed, just flat sheets that had BLOOD STAINS on them!!! Many things were not even open. It gave the vide of an abandoned buiding. The ENTIRE place smeels like weed.The arcade was EXTREMELY expensive, many fans were not functing and staff was rude and sparse. I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
