It is mainly geared to families with kids. The room was ok. No hair dryer. Refrigerator was noisy. Bed was ok, not great, very low. A lot of places to charge your phone. People next door were very noisy, yelling about 1am, baby crying, keeping me awake. No front desk person at night.

You really get what you pay for here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The lobby smells amazing, the rooms are pristine, and the location is perfect for walking to all the main attractions. It’s the small details that make the difference here

After switching to another room, we requested room service after the first night, and the cleanliness was ok. We’re a family of 4 and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash wasn’t enough. We didn’t get refills. Also we were a bit shocked that the waterpark didn’t have towels unless we purchased it for $20. We’re aware that it was off season; however, the food in the hotel isn’t great, no restaurants for families that want more choices than fast food. Hoping the summer has better food, that’s what makes people want to come.

Bare bones - very basic. No coffee maker in the room. Toiletries were obviously used by the previous guest. Tub did not appear to be very clean. If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, it's fine - nothing about it makes for a welcoming or memorable experience.

This place is completely run down, outdated, and thilthy. $25 to park overnight. $150 deposit hold on your credit card after you already prepade for your room. Too many noisy children running around unsupervised. Every other arcade machine is out of service. Only good thing is location to other casinos.
