There are two amusement piers, Wonderland Pier and Playland's Castaway Cove, where your family will make unlimited memories together! Whether you want to stroll along on your vacation, splash through the waters on jet skis, parasail, or ride a bike, Ocean City is the place for you and your family!

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Our home and the grounds of the condo are smoke free. Any evidence of smoking is grounds for immediate dismissal, with no refund, and you will be charged a fee for smoking damages (odor removal, cigarette burns etc.) We have a zero-tolerance smoking policy that is non-negotiable.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

📝 Prior to check-in, the main account owner must provide a copy of a valid ID for verification.

Additionally, in adherence to HOA regulations, we kindly ask guests to complete and sign a form provided by the host before check-in. This form is required for verification purposes by the HOA. The account owner will be requested to furnish a copy of their ID, a list of the expected guests for each reservation, as well as a list of the vehicles that will be brought onto the property.

***Forms should be submitted a week before check-in or within 24 hours if there is less than a week prior to check-in.***
