I'm not quite sure how to describe the room. Maybe they are short handed right now. Bed skirt off in the floor, terribly made bed. Bed just in disarray. Lamp shades weren't on straight, not that really matters. Bathroom was clean, only had 2 washcloths and one hand towel. Called the desk and had bath towels in 5 minutes. A/C worked great! Yhe staff were super friendly and quick check, night shift & morning shift. Not the worst hotel, not the best. Checked for bed bugs, didn't find one. If your tight on money, you get what you pay for.

quiet safe town great to stop if you're on your way to Dallas. I think it's an hour or two hours away. Very economical. Friendly good staff.

Unsatisfied Stay

The room looked clean, however when using the sink, it smelled like someone or something had pooped on the floor. There were onmy 2 towels and wash cloths for a 3 person reservation. Had to call the front desk to request more and walk up there to pick them up. The beds were nice and clean. The breakfast was okay. But get there at 6 if you want more than waffles and yogurt. They were out of cereal and milk. Coffee was okay. No one came to check to see if they were out of anything. Had to go to the front desk and have key card rekeyed as we werent able to get back in our room after the meager breakfast. So we coukd finish loading our car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! That being said, the staff was kind and very courteous.

I will stay again.

Let me start off by saying if you are looking for a bougie hotel this is NOT it. If you’re looking for something to get you by for a few days to a week then it’s great. Chris or Cris, I’m so sorry I don’t know how to spell her name was amazing at the front desk. She was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and somewhat stocked. I can’t speak for breakfast as I had plans before breakfast while I stayed. The pool was clean and inviting. If you’re passing through it’s not a terrible hotel to stay at. I’ll stay again.

Had to change rooms due to air not working. Rooms full of flies. TVs not working. We had 2 rooms and one stayed warm overnight. Second time staying here. First time was ok. This time awful. Lady at front desk at check in was super nice and did all she could do to help. Pool was the highlight of the stay.

We gotva disability room. And in thatcroom in the bathroom the floor was way to slippery when wet. I feelnand hurt myself. What the hell is a floor like that in the bathroom especially a disability room. Then when i calked and talked to the person in the office and askedchervaboutcthe floor and when i told her i feel and hurt myself she just said " IT'S JUST A FLOOR, I DONT KNOW HOW YoU HURT YOURSELF ". That floor needs to be replaced...before someone kills themselves. Lucky my mom didn't dall and get hurt.

The bathroom in the room 101, the floors were slippery when wet and I fell and hurt myself. Those floors need to be replaced. Someone can get really hurt. Who would put floors like that in a bathroom.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The only major problem was it had roaches. I found 3 and was afraid to leave my suitcases open. The water in the shower was hooked up backwards. The hot was cold and the cold was hot.
