The check-in experience was great. Young lady was very nice super friendly and very good on instructions on places to go. a lot of people in the airport are not happy working at the airport. It’s more like you’re a bother to them to serve you food or wait on you in the store. But the people on your staff here at the Hyatt all had a much different attitude. Serving
