Great hotel would definitely stay again. Checkin staff looked after us so well. Hotel was immaculately clean in all areas and smelt lovely. Loved the idea of the green scheme where you got a $10 credit on your account for re using towels etc. The fridge in our room didn’t work at all but we didn’t mention it till we checked out as we didn’t use it anyway. Breakfast was lovely. Some good options. Coffee from the machine was revolting though so we took our own coffee to breakfast the next day.

Only downside was the parking arrangements, that it’s a wee distance away from actual hotel, oh and that I was charged for the parking but my booking said it was free, no refund offered, otherwise excellent in every other way

Thank you Hotel Grand Chancellor for an amazing night out in the city for my birthday celebration. This hotel is absolutely amazing! We had a harbour view room which was so beautiful. This hotel is very elegant with impeccable staff. Also Great location and easy to find. Just know that parking is at Sky City carpark, but it is an easy two minute walk back across to the hotel. The reception was very helpful when we were checking in and very thorough on how and where we were to park. We will definitely be back!
