We’ve stayed here before and it’s always been nice.The breakfast is always full and filling.Lots of options! Two flavors for waffles and two machines available. The one looks like two pancakes, the other is one large waffle. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. He suggested the third floor which would be quieter. He said the room was not right next to the elevator, just across from it and It should be fine. The room was nice, very clean and spacious. It was very noisy though. When the doors shut they slam and the third floor seemed to have a lot of traffic early in the morning. If you plan to be up at 4 in the morning, it would be fine. We let him know the next morning and he did apologize. Everything else was great, just a heads up on that room.

The lady at the desk was obviously not happy to see any of the guests that checked in. She said two words and it seemed to cause her physical discomfort. Never smiled… never asked any questions… basically the state of customer service in today’s day and age. The room was decent but there were two used bars of soap in the shower so the state of cleanliness is doubtful. There was what I happened was a wine stain on the carpet… but honestly I think just was blood. The AC in the room didn’t work at all (fan only) and the room was uncomfortably warm. I would never recommend anyone I know stay there… at least anyone I cared about.

This place is a joke we have been staying there for a total of 18 days and paying $122 a night. We are quiet and very clean we get treated like we are a burden. I can't believe how ignorant the staff is. We are constantly asking for towls cause they dont bother to ask if we need anything I'm disgusted with this place.

Worked perfectly for a bed and bathroom. Did not use shower, and did not have breakfast. Can only say the bed was comfortable enough and was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The light/light switch at entry did not work. The lamp between the beds flickered, which made for fun conversation about how haunted the room must be. Curtains falling off rail and pull bar laying in window sill. A/C working overtime because window was stuck open about 5 inches. All in all, it served it's purpose.
