The front desk staff were not courteous. The hotel had an “old” smoke smell and the room carpet was filthy. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the carpeting dirtied your feet. The air/heat unit did not work.

Hotel was nice but our room’s carpet had a mild odor (like sweaty feet). It wasn’t extremely noticeable and the individuals I shared the room with didn’t seem to notice it. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thanks!

There was no microwave, no breakfast that was included like most hotels, a train that ran through at 3 in the morning right outside our window, THREE towels for FIVE people and not enough luggage carts.

loved our stay at the hollywood casino hotel!! staff was so nice, casino was perfect, lots of food options, and very clean. our only complaint is that it is located very close to train tracks - our room was facing these train tracks and the train horn woke us up twice in the middle of the night and shook the bed in our room. other than that it was perfect!
