The room was fine. The check in process, not so great. I informed the front desk clerk that my husband recently had a knee replacement. I asked if would be “tough” for him to walk (with his cane) to the casino/Final Cut. All she said was it is a bit of a long walk. That’s it.
I get back to the car and we drive around looking for a parking place. We had no idea where to park. So…we finally ended up in the garage across the street. It was a difficult walk for him. There was a bunch of construction on the first floor of the garage, so we had to park on the second floor. Messy!!
As we are walking to the Steakhouse, we see some motorized scooter FOR RENT. What??? You have to pay for a device to get you around, because you’re “temporarily” handicapped. Need less to say, we enjoyed our meal and had the BEST time in the casino. Just a little disappointed with the hotel.
