Great hotel! my wife left her watch in the room when we checked out. we called the hotel, they located the watch and placed in a safe until we can pick up. thank you Hampton inn!

The room had a mildew smell and the ac didn’t get cold. The room was outdated. But the room was clean and the bedding was comfortable.

I like to sleep in a cool room 65 degrees under a blanket but when requested did not get one. I had to sleep in a warmer ambient air than I prefer.

We originally booked this property because Expedia listed the suites with jet tub jacuzzis. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the property had been renovated and no longer had the jacuzzis. The front desk clerk, Megan, did her absolute best to accommodate us. She truly went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated.

Celebrating with grandchildren

Christmas & Birthday with the grand kids We live in Dallas, kids are in Kyle Tx. Wanted to celebrate, so the indoor pool was the deciding factor. Decorated the beautiful suite room and they loved it. It was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was excellent.

In the room, the carpet is dirty and torn from use. The furniture was stained, and I wouldn't dare sit on it. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was with clean linen. I got the most expensive suite and would have paid more for something better. The hotel needs to be refurbished. I would never go back. I never have left a review like this, but you should be aware not to waste your money.
