First and last time staying in this resort. I paid $4k for 3 nights, the staff was rude, couldn’t get drinks at the bar after 11pm. Everyday I had to walk around the pool area for 30-40 minutes to find a place to relax, ask staff for assistance but they couldn’t do anything about it. No activities during those 4 days weekend. The piano bar was very boring with some wild music. My partner and I was celebrating birthday and we did not even get a birthday wish. Overall this was a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend it for that price. I been in Cancun many many times. With $4k I could have stayed in a different resort and get the royalty treatment!!

This was our first time south of the border, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Immediately upon entering the property and meeting our floor concierge Martin, he made us feel like family. The care and attention to detail he possessed was amazing. He would actually come find us on the property throughout the day to check on us. Unfortunately he was moved to another floor after a couple of days, but yet he still kept in communication with us. Not so much for his replacement. We also rented a cabana for a couple of days by the main pool, and were fortunate to have met Angel, who was in charge of the pool area. Again, amazing and top notch service with a smile from him, our first server Veronica, our second day server Juan, and Roberto who kept the different drinks flowing all day in the pool. We feel that we gained these people as friends. Someday we'll be back, and hopefully they're all still there.

I highly recommend Secrets The Vine. I've traveled extensively and have stayed at high end hotels and other inclusive resorts in Cabos, and this by far exceeds all others by way of the resort itself, the food, the service, the amazing variety of nonstop entertainment and more! It was one of the best experiences ever!

The food here amazing especially the buffets and we especially appreciated the 24/7 cafe & room service! The service was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely kind and helpful - shoutout to Michelle, Bruce & Martin! The room & shower are spacious and luxurious, I have no complaints. For dinner, there are no reservations so if you don’t want to wait make sure to get there at opening! Overall, a great place to be and will definitely be coming back

The staff was very nice and always willing to provide the best service possible. The hotel itself is a bit rundown. The furniture in the pool and the hotel room is dirty. The food is also awful. We have very few good meals.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel is very clean the room was very clean and comfortable the staff was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious. The pools overlook the ocean. Just beautiful. We can’t wait to return!!
