First, I would like to say the service all the way around was impeccable! Special mentions to Miguel at the door and Juan by the pool for always smiling and giving great service. Everything was clean housekeeping was great. The food was pretty good for an all-inclusive. Areas for improvement: I know they were dealing with with a bad smell in the downstairs areas, but the massive amounts of spray air freshener was overwhelming at times to the point of making my eyes and nose burn. We never once got to eat dinner in the dining room, except for I guess the first night in the Mexican restaurant, which was average at best which is the only reason we were able to get in there without a terribly long wait. I would not go back just partly because of the cattle call for dinner. No one wants to stand in line or wait around that long, I would advise taking reservations as other resorts do. We ended up eating room service in the room every night and then going down for whatever entertainment we could find which was hit and miss could use more entertainment options.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff. We took the honeymoon suite upgrade for our 10 year anniversary and it was well worth it watching the sunrise and sunsets. The food was good, they had a small coffee shop with snacks all day. The wait times for dinner can be pretty long most nights though so be prepared for that. The only knock we may have is lack of evening entertainment. After dinner we kind of just went back to the room. We did enjoy the beach volleyball and pool volleyball during the day though. It was our first time doing all inclusive instead of air bnb and it was a great experience.

This was an amazing stay! The resort was immaculate and our room with the full ocean view was amazing! Our private concierge checked in on us daily and helped navigate everything there was to do. The food, especially the breakfast, was top notch. Lots of night time entertainment to go along and the pools were great. Just be sure to get there early to get your spot. We loved it so much, we plan to return.

Very clean all around and the staff were incredible from arrival to departure. The hotel staff made us feel safe and provided for every single need we required. Food was delicious as well throughout all offerings.
