I arrived late night with nowhere to stay because of having made a mistake booking. These people were super nice and put me in a cottage at a great rate. They were friendly, professional, and open arms for future stays. I enjoyed the room as it was clean and had everything needed.

Worst kept property on Outer Banks

Easily in therunning for the worst kept property on the Outer Banks. Unsafe egress, no sucurity lock, big gaps all around door, no smoke detector in very old wood framed building, no kitchenette as advertized. The room was clean but dingy.

Our room was simple but very clean and when there was an issue with our shower, there was a staff member there within 10 minutes to fix the issue. A 2-minute walk over the dunes to beautiful, quiet beach

Shower was cold. When a neighbor flushed toilet my shower water got ice cold. The drain in shower smelled aweful the water was backing up into tub. Also charged me twice for a one night stay and still waiting an answer from management for fix. Also charged more than what the total on the Expedia app stated. Would not recommend this motel.

Wow! If someone told me a rave like club excessively loud bar was a across the street and still reverberated through the entire motel from 9pm to 2pm NEVER would I have booked. Paid $100 for what should have been $50 especially in the off season! I’m so sorry to have to say this since it’s not the hotel’s fault but wow, worst stay I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. Zero sleep on a turn the clock back night and off season where most local dining was closed. If you like night life ear damaging dancing and drinks rave style, would be the motel for you!

A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. There were no bugs seen just a few flies. Found a cigarette under the bed. Chair looks dirty. needs to be replaced. Bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way. Overall, I was pleased with the rest.
