BC West: Renovated, Modern 3BR Avon condo-close to BC/Vail/ Free Skier Shuttle

This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Avon. The unit was completely renovated in 2016: quartz countertops, beautiful wood burning fireplace with mounted 50 inch TV, and gorgeous wood flooring. There are three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill. The living area is spacious and perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are far enough from the common area that little ones (or sleepy adults) can enjoy peace and quiet while others continue to party on.

The location is perfect for mountain access and is also near a park (playground and lake), grocery store and restaurants.

There is a free shuttle to Beaver Creek that picks you up right in front of the condo to take you to the bottom of the Westin Gondola. You head straight up to Bachelors Gulch and can ski straight to Beaver Creek and/or Arrowhead via the Interconnect. There is also a free shuttle to Vail Thursday-Monday. The condo is a two minute walk to the free Avon bus line and Nottingham Park.

In the summer, enjoy Beaver Creek West's tennis courts and pool or head over to Nottingham Park for a walk around the gorgeous lake. You can also play volleyball or rent a pedal boat or paddle board at the park. In the winter, enjoy the heated pool and hot tub at Beaver Creek West.

Great summer location.

The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely located in Avon. We walked and biked around. Great spot for kids with lake, pool, open space, library and Avon Recreation center all a few minutes walk away.

Awesome location, big place & transportation for skiing

This place had lots of space, plenty of amenities (I love when the leftover sauces, spices, etc are kept in the kitchen instead of being thrown away after each stay) & the location was fantastic. We stepped outside of our condo and a dedicated shuttle to beaver creek picked us up. You can also take one to Vail. Owner was communicative & helpful. Short walk to hot tubs too (they can get busy after everyone is done skiing).

Great stay!

This property was perfect! The location could not have been better - blocks away from the Triple Bypass bike event allowing us to walk to finish line. Close to parks, the lake, swimming pool; 3 beds each with their own baths. Clean and comfortable kitchen & living area, toy cabinet, outside patio with table & grill. Highly recommend this condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle service was very convenient. Electric outlets in bathroom with the bunk beds worked at first, then they didn't. A reading light in that room would have been nice.

Perfect stay.

My family and I stayed at this property for 7 nights and couldn’t have been more at home. Spotless, updates and well supplied with everything needed for a vacation. Location is within walking distance of the Westin, the site of the gondola to Beaver Creek slopes. Shuttles depart from the complex and go directly to Beaver Creek Village as well. The owner was super responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing experience!

My husband, my husbands uncle, my two friends and myself stayed here for a long ski weekend and it was so amazing! Clean 3-BR with Convenient Free Shuttle and Real Fireplace

Our group of 7 had a great time during our week skiing Beaver Creek. The BC West shuttle was really convenient and drivers very helpful. The unit is also walkable to the Riverfront Gondola (one day we came back to the unit over lunch during the mid-day non-service time for the shuttle, and the unit was only a 5 minute walk in ski boots). There was a slight issue with the internet one afternoon, but as soon as Laura was made aware, she was quick to help us resolve it and ensure the Smart TV was reconnected. Communication with Laura was easy, and we found her to be accommodating and friendly. We loved the real fireplace and appreciated the firewood was stocked for the week. It was great to be able to come back from a day of skiing and enjoy a real fire! Thank you for sharing the unit with us!

Our family of 4 enjoyed Avon and the walks in the park/ around the lake a stone’s throw away. We went to Vail ( 10 min away) a few times. The place was well kept and comfortable. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Loved having 3 bathrooms!

Perfect!

Great location! We either rode the main shuttle from Avon or rode the Beaver Creek Condo bus to the gondola. Either way, it was quick and easy to get on the mountain to ski. City Market is very close and there were lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Great Place! Beautiful Condo! The kitchen felt bigger than I remembered from the photo and fully equipped to handle our needs.

We had a great stay at this condo in Avon. It was well stocked and had just about everything we needed or wanted. Loved that it had a bathroom for each bedroom so no one was bumping into each other while getting ready. Our kids loved playing with the closet of toys too. We enjoyed the pool too!
