Bed was broken and was a very shape because it sagged so much in the middle. Bedding had brown stains. Floor had white stains on the carpet. Bathroom door was painted two different colors, shower had no hot water after running for at least 5 minutes. Television didn't work. The smell of cigarette smoke was awful even though its a non-smoking hotel.
